Former American Idol judge Paula Abdul was thrown out of a can Thursday after she performed a tap dance on the Jennie-O Turkey Store wagon during Macy’s annual Thanksgiving Day parade.

The 11 second clip was posted on Twitter and immediately caused a stir among social media users.

Abdul may have ruffled some feathers, but many social media users rushed to defend the “Forever Your Girl” singer.

“Unbelievable,” wrote a fan.
