Pasadena man shot on I-95 declared dead, police say – CBS Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – A Pasadena man has died after he was shot Sunday on I-95, Maryland State Police said.
Maryland State Police said soldiers were called around 3:40 p.m. to an accident involving a truck on Interstate 95 North near 100th Street in Elkridge.

When they arrived, the soldiers saw a white cargo van stopped at the median. Inside the truck, they found Charles Harrison Marks, IV, 42, with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the University of Maryland Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center to be treated for his injuries, police said. On Thursday, he was declared dead.

Investigators believe Marks was shot through an open window on the driver’s side of the truck he was driving. No bullet holes were found outside the truck.
Marks was the only person in the car, police said. No suspects have been identified and an investigation is underway.
