Ezra Miller has been accused of violently “dominating” 18-year-old environmental activist Tokata Iron Eyes.
Iron Eyes’ parents have asked a court to step in and issue a protective order against the actor.
According to the legal documents received from TMZthe parents claim, “Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threats of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to gain dominance over a young, adolescent Tokata.”
they claim The Lightning The then 23-year-old actor met his teenage child when Iron Eyes was 12 while visiting the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. Tokata’s parents also claim that Miller flew to London with Iron Eyes in 2017 to visit the studio where Miller’s film was filmed Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was taken. They claim that at the time of this trip, Tokata was 14 and Ezra was 25.
They then add that Miller has provided Iron Eyes with alcohol, marijuana and LSD throughout their friendship.
The parents say they were scheduled to pick up Iron Eyes from Miller’s Vermont home in January 2022, and upon arrival they found their child bruised and without a car, driver’s license, keys or bank card.
Shortly after bringing her home, Iron Eyes’ parents said they fled to NYC to reunite with Miller, where the two have traveled between Vermont, Hawaii and Los Angeles.
Additionally, the parents allege that Miller influenced Iron Eyes’ decision to come out as non-binary transgender despite previously identifying as queer, gay and non-binary.
On Monday (June 6), an unconfirmed Instagram account believed to be owned by Iron Eyes addressed the situation, writing, “I would like to make a statement to acknowledge the tragedy that the public and the assumptions have made about me my family and friends regarding my stability and other things.
“I dropped out of Bard five months ago, my friend and comrade William died shortly after, my spirit was incredibly impacted and I needed space and time to process my grief.”
It concluded: “Throughout the aforementioned era, my comrade Ezra Miller has offered nothing but loving support and invaluable protection in this time of loss.”
The Independent has reached out to Miller’s rep for comment.
Miller has been arrested multiple times in Hawaii, once at a karaoke bar for disorderly conduct and harassment, and the other for assaulting a woman with a chair, leaving her with a half-inch head injury.
