They officially bid farewell to the ‘Bu.
Brandon Thomas and Dylan Lee — the sons of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee — just started a new chapter in Southern California. After selling their five-bedroom Malibu home in March for $3 million, the pair just completed a Los Angeles-area home that they spent $3.99 million to make their own name, as The Post has confirmed.
TMZ first reported on the deal for the ranch-style retreat in Encino. According to the listing, the property covers a total of 4,170 square meters and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The house is being remodeled and delivered turnkey – and it stands behind a wrought iron gate surrounded by oak trees. The main house features high ceilings, a large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.
The main house alone measures around 3,700 square meters and has three bedrooms – as well as a living room with a fireplace and a yoga/art studio in the converted attic.
There is also a 400 square meter guest house which has an en-suite bathroom.
Elsewhere, her new purchase also has a two-car garage — as well as a paved driveway and driveway — a courtyard and large swimming pool.
Brandon, 25, is Anderson and Lee’s oldest child together. Like his mother, he has acting credits, having appeared in The Hills: New Beginnings and Sierra Burgess Is a Loser. He’s also behind the cheeky name Swingers Club, a retro golf-wear inspired clothing line he launched in 2021.
Younger brother Dylan is 24, a musician and model – having walked for labels like Dolce & Gabbana and Hugo Boss.
The agency represented both sides of the deal. Cooper Mount represented the brothers while Craig Knizek and Andrea Korchek represented the vendors.
