Vikki told The Sun: “Most of the people were gawking at us, and sometimes you can hear someone say ‘oh my god they’re so tall’.

“We often notice when people pass us on the street and they do a double.”

Vikki revealed her family struggled to find clothes that fit and spent hours trying to find a new car they could all use, a Amazing Skoda.

“My husband and son have a hard time buying shirts that fit, because often the ones with long enough sleeves also have very large collars,” she said.

“Both of my kids wear two or three sizes larger than when they were at school.

Vikki added: “When it’s just us together, things don’t seem so different.
“Last year, one of Amelie’s friends came to drop off gifts when restrictions allowed.

“My daughter wore adult men’s pants when she was 14 or 15 years old because her legs are so long.”

Vikki also revealed that their home has had some modifications to suit them.

“Customers always complain that they cannot use our mirrors because they are too tall,” she said.

“Our house already has nice tall doors so we don’t have to go into the rooms anymore.

“All of our kitchen counters and beds are pretty high, too.

“My husband and I made a bed when we got married, because before that neither of us would have liked each other.”

After the lockdown, Vikki says the whole family forgot how tall they really were.
