Onepeg reveals Artesian Builds’ financial woes as employees try to oust CEO

YouTuber ‘Onepeg’ has released another Artesian Builds video detailing that their financial assets have been frozen. And he claims employees tried to remove Noah Katz as CEO but failed.

After Artesian Builds was called out for disparaging a streamer in a PC giveaway, it was roasted by several developers and accused of tax evasion in the state of California.

On March 9, 2022, the company announced that it had ceased operations and laid off all of its employees. Since then, Onepeg has released more information about the company.

The upload states that Artesian’s financial assets have been frozen, meaning they will not issue refunds or create pending orders. In addition, there are also messages from former employees stating that before the collapse they tried to remove Noah from his position.

Artesian Build’s financial difficulties

During its March 9 upload, Onepeg said it had conversations with several former Artesian Build employees who shared messages left by the CEO on the company’s Slack server.

“The company has no money, they are broke,” he said. “They will no longer honor returns or other PC builds going forward. Everything I can see here indicates that Artesian Builds will file for bankruptcy in the near future.”

The YouTuber also shared a message from Noah Katz, revealing that the company’s business finances have been frozen.

As a result, they cannot purchase parts to fulfill orders, issue refunds, or give employees their last paycheck.

Later in the video, Onepeg noted that while Artesian Builds’ financial assets are frozen, they are unable to fulfill orders. The site still allows users to spend thousands of dollars on something they may never get.

The company Etsy Store for high-quality crypto mining rigs is also included still open for orders. However, according to the YouTuber, they changed the name to ABMining on March 4th.

Employees are trying to remove Noah Katz as CEO

Alongside the information on the financial aspect of the company, Onepeg revealed through a message from a former employee who stated that they were trying to remove Noak Katz from his role as CEO.

It said: “Given the devastating action taken against our community, the lack of leadership during this time of corporate crisis, and the toxic reputation he has fostered; We are calling on our Board of Directors to step down our CEO, Noah Katz.

“The Board must give the Artesian Builds employees a chance to save our jobs under new leadership.”

The YouTuber says the chief operations officer and chief financial officer left the company in 2021 — meaning the board may just consist of Noah Katz and his parents.

However, Artesian Builds claims they are still available for investment, so maybe we’ll see something from Trainwrecks in the coming days. Onepeg reveals Artesian Builds’ financial woes as employees try to oust CEO
