One-bed apartment on sale for a bargain price of just £19k

The ONE-Bed Apartment has hit the market for a bargain price of just £19,000.
While it may seem like an absolute steal, wait until you see the inside.
The ground-floor apartment in a popular residential area near Greenock town center has been described as an “outstanding investment”.
The house has a large double bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom, as well as a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen area.
But potential buyers were surprised that every room in the property was filled with trash.
In the promotional photos on Zoopla, the messy apartment doesn’t seem to have a clean surface.
Despite its normal appearance, the living room was littered with trash, clothes, children’s toys and even takeout boxes, covering the floor.
Meanwhile, the kitchen is no better with clothes, old magazines and plastic bags strewn everywhere.
While the bathroom doesn’t look too bad, it looks like it needs a deep cleaning as mold can start to grow on the walls.
The listing describes this as “unfinished investment or first purchase” and states “requires a degree refurbishment”.
ONE similar dirty house in Glasgow is on sale for just £99,000.
An apartment in Kensington, West London has hit the market for a bargain £390 a month but it’s so small the bed blocks the whole kitchen.
And another one-bed house has hit the market for £265,000 but it’s only three and a half meters wide at the front.
