A pedestrian died Monday after a collision where she was hit by both a car and a Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District ambulance, officials said. Dispatchers received a call about the crash around 11:55 p.m. Saturday near Fulton Avenue and Maison Street, the fire department said. Immediately after being hit by the Infiniti, the fire department said the woman was hit by an ambulance on duty. The woman died at the scene after being hit by both cars.
