NYC gunman on scooter fires in broad daylight and misses target

A gunman on a scooter opened fire on a Bronx street in broad daylight this week – narrowly missing his target, new video shows.

The suspect can be seen in footage released by the NYPD while riding a blue and black scooter on DeKalb Avenue near East 212th Street in Norwood around 8 a.m. Tuesday and firing at least one shot in a ” unknown victim” on the sidewalk, police officers said.

The potential victim ducks behind a parked car and then quickly flees into a building’s courtyard.

No injuries were reported and it did not immediately appear that the shots damaged any property.

The scooter driver then left and is still wanted by the police.
