No deal for KSM and other 9/11 conspirators

A plea deal that spares 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed the death penalty? hell NO.

The Biden Departments of Justice and Defense are reaching out to families affected by 9/11 and asking what they would think of an agreement guaranteeing that KSM and his four co-defendants will not be executed.

Some may agree. Perhaps they wish for closure on the worst day of their lives, and perhaps 3,000 life sentences served back-to-back would be enough to finally end the “prosecution” that has been going on for well over a decade.

But we’re pretty sure they won’t find many takers; It’s beyond obscene that they would do it at all questions.

KSM & Co. have been held at the Guantanamo Bay detention center since 2006 while military justice bureaucrats debate how to bring them to justice.

The Trump team ruled out any negotiations, but now the Pentagon’s chief attorney in Biden is trying to reach an agreement, presumably to finally get rid of the hot potato before the next election.

(Or maybe after a possible re-election of Biden as he will never face voters again after 2024.)

Whatever one may think, it would be an injustice.

KSM’s terrorist attacks killed nearly 3,000 innocent people in the Twin Towers, the Pentagon and aboard United 93 – and the planners hoped for far more.

What’s more, 9/11 was an attack on the entire nation, and there is absolutely no question of guilt here.

It’s ridiculous that the military attorneys have dragged the case out for so long, and utter madness that they’re now looking for a way out.

Start the process, demand death and finally send KSM to the depths of Hell to his deserved fate.
