Nintendo Direct announced for tomorrow, February 8th

After several rumors in recent weeks, Nintendo has finally announced a new Nintendo Direct tomorrow, February 8th! As previously reported, multiple sources have indicated that a Nintendo Direct announcement is imminent, and that’s no longer speculation.

February 8th’s Nintendo Direct focuses on the first half of the year

According to the official announcement from Nintendo itself, the direct message will contain “40 minutes of information” focused on “Nintendo Switch games launching in the first half of 2023.” There’s no confirmation as to what will be coming to Direct, but it’s likely that we’ll see titles like The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom and maybe finally get a new release date for the Advance Wars remakes.

It’s also a surprisingly late live for those in the UK, as the Nintendo Direct starts at 22:00 GMT and doesn’t end until 22:40, making this one of the later live broadcasts in recent memory.

Recent Nintendo Directs have been a quick montage of announcements and trailers, so hopefully tomorrow’s Direct will be just as action-packed.
