Neil Matthew Walter has threatened to kill FBI Director Christoper Wray: FBI agents

A Michigan man has been charged with threatening to kill a California congressman and the head of the FBI – because he was convinced they were in a “child slave rape ring” with Tom Cruise and Elon Musk.

Neil Matthew Walter, 32, was initially investigated for making a death threat to Rep. John Garamendi, a California Democrat, in a voicemail dated Nov. 3, according to an affidavit.

“John. Hello Johannes. You’re going to die, John. You’re going to die,” he said, according to the court document.

Capitol Police’s specialized threat assessment team investigated and stumbled upon Walter’s alarming public tirades, FBI Agent Sean Thomas said in the affidavit.

“Walter’s public Facebook posts were found to contain numerous comments believing that half the Senators, FBI, CIA, police, Tom Cruise and Elon Musk are involved in a child slave rape ring,” noted the agent.

The affidavit included a screenshot of one of his posts attacking Garamendi, saying, “Have a nice life John yours [sic] to be executed for life, bud.”

Walter also listed “various locations where these rings are located, one of which identified the United States Capitol Building”.

Police conducted a social security check at his home in the Flint suburb on Nov. 8, during which “Walter opened the door with a gun in hand,” the document said.

A detective there “explained that while no direct threats were made against law enforcement, Walter claimed he was defending himself against the U.S. government.”

“During the police contact, Walter ranted about raped children, a trial with Putin and how he calls everyone all the time, but no one does anything about the children,” Thomas wrote.

Walter’s parents, father Lloyd and mother Terri, warned their son had previously fallen ill with “an unspecified psychosis” which once caused him to jump out of a window.

Despite his mental health issues, Walter was the registered owner of a Sig Sauer 9mm pistol and also had a “revolver pistol,” the doctor said.

His mother later called police to warn that her son “is refusing mental health treatment, is still in possession of a gun and has made statements that he would protect himself if anyone came to try and take him out of his home.” to get,” the document said.

Nine days later, he made public threats in Facebook comments alongside a video of FBI Director Christopher Wray, the agent said.

“Director Wray will die multiple times a day, every day… I will kill you, I will kill you, Director Wray, you will die,” he wrote, according to a screenshot included in the document.

Other posts on his social media page show him constantly ranting about wild conspiracies, including a recent one that read, “Tom Cruise & Elon Musk we’re at the underground rape show.”

Walter was arrested and charged in federal court for using the phone and the internet to make violent threats. He was being held pending at least a December 1 hearing.

His attorney did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
