My bridesmaid got pregnant before my wedding

WEDDING is almost always stressful – especially if you are dealing with a bride.

Some brides are overly anxious, obsessing over every detail and trying to control all of their guests.

A bride took to Reddit to expressed her displeasure to her bridesmaid and ask if her reaction was justified.

“A week ago, the Ministry of Health found out that I was pregnant.

“We’ve been best friends for over 15 years and each other’s wedding dates are very important to us.”

The bride said that a few years ago, she was the bridesmaid for this friend and always worked tirelessly to make sure that everything at the wedding was perfect for her friend.

Returning to the current situation, she explained that she and her fiancé postponed their wedding from January to September this year.

“And the BYT infant will be about two weeks old on that day. She got to know our new date later this year when she got pregnant.

“I am having a hard time getting through this. I felt betrayed and as if she hadn’t considered how this would affect my day. “

The bride said she couldn’t help thinking about all the problems a newborn baby could pose at her wedding.

“And I didn’t want her to miss out on important aspects of the day because of it.”

Although the bride wondered if she was right, most Reddit users were not on her side.

One wrote: “Wow! Truly a psychopath. It’s not exactly a best friend when you’re worried that if the newborn gets sick, it’ll ruin your wedding day, not your best friend’s.”

Another offered her an alternate outlook: “You know what the appropriate response is to find out your Department of Health is two weeks before your wedding?

“’I’m so excited for you! Now if you don’t think you’ll enjoy attending the wedding reception, I totally understand if you want to resign. ‘”
