MOLLY-MAE Hague fans all have the same complaint about the latest installment of their PrettyLittleThing documentary.

In the second episode, the brand’s creative director continues to plan the high-profile runway show in London, overseeing new designs and show logistics.

However, viewers of the 10-minute YouTube video wanted to see more of Molly’s input and decision-making.

They felt that creative manager Talia Johnson, events manager Jade Kebbie and design director Chris Parnell pulled the most strings, with Molly’s only contribution being to change the waist height of pants.

The episode ended with a mad scramble to find a new venue after they lost the one they had planned at the last minute.

In the comments, one viewer wrote, “With all due respect, why not show more of what Molly-Mae actually made decisions about, what ideas were hers, what creative flair she added?”

Another said: “Very confused as to what choices Molly made in this video…or for the show in general?”

Others felt their post was more like a brand ambassador than a creative director.

The series is the perfect opportunity for Molly to take a stand against critics who slammed her controversial “we all have the same 24 hours a day” comments earlier this year.

She faced a fierce backlash for not acknowledging the struggles that people from different socioeconomic backgrounds might have.

During a meeting with PLT’s Marketing Director Nicki Capstick, Molly was told in the first episode: “It’s our turn, it’s confirmed, we’re thinking about the week starting February 14th, so we don’t have much time to turn that around.

“We need you to come up with some venue suggestions asap, so if you can bring those over to me this week that will be great.

“Inspo-wise, all creative ideas are entirely up to you, it represents your collection, so you have to come up with the ideas on it.”

She was then seen telling the camera, “As a creative director, I’ve done events and parties with PLT before, but I’ve never dealt with anything like this, it’s huge.”

When the video of the meeting was edited back, Nicki added: “Hopefully we’re going to throw an after party, so we have to think about which DJs, we have to think about an artist, drink menus, appetizers and food, all that stuff – again all on you.”
