Moises Caicedo appears to confirm the move on Instagram amid Arsenal and Chelsea offers

Arsenal and Chelsea target Moises Caicedo has apparently shared a farewell post from his current club on Instagram, leaving fans of both the Gunners and Blues wondering if they will sign him. The caption of the post read:
“I’m grateful to Mr Bloom and Brighton for giving me the chance to get into the Premier League and I feel like I’ve always done my best for them. I always play football with a smile and with heart.”
“I am the youngest of 10 siblings from a poor background in Santa Domingo, Ecuador. My dream is always to be the most successful player in Ecuador’s history.
“I’m proud to be able to bring in a record transfer fee for Brighton which would allow them to reinvest them and help the club continue to thrive.
“The fans have taken me to their hearts and they will always be in my heart, so I hope they can understand why I want to take this great opportunity.”

Caicedo joined Brighton in January 2021 from Ecuadorian side Independiente Del Valle. Although young, he has already made an impact on the south coast and has quickly become a fan favorite.
But it seems the Ecuador international could be on the move again as he appears to be saying goodbye to the Seagulls. In the Post, Caicedo also said he was proud to have brought in a record transfer fee for Brighton, suggesting he will move for more than £60million – the fee Brighton received for Marc Cucurella over the summer.
While the post doesn’t specify where Caicedo is going, it has been reported that both Arsenal and Chelsea have bid for him, while Liverpool are also interested.
Caicedo will surely go down as one of Brighton’s best signings in recent history and as his post says, he’s amazingly managed to get this far in the game after a difficult start in life.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for the young midfielder but one thing is certain – the Brighton fans who have taken him to their hearts will miss him. And as he said in his post, he will always have a special place in his heart for the Seagulls and their supporters.
