Mike Tindall is the eighth contestant to leave I’m a Celebrity 2022

Mike Tindall is the eighth contestant to leave the 2022 series I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!
In the penultimate episode of the series on Saturday night (November 26), Ant and Dec revealed which contestants made it to the finals.
At the start of the episode, centered around the popular “Celebrity Cyclone” challenge, only four contestants were left: Tindall, Jill Scott, Matt Hancock and Owen Warner.
Comedian Seann Walsh had left the show the night before. DJ Chris Moyles and comedian Babatunde Aleshe also said goodbye to the jungle earlier in the week.
Voting is now open to the i am a celebrity Finale, with the finale being broadcast on ITV1 on Sunday evening (27 November).
Speaking to Ant and Dec after announcing his departure, Tindall said: “I’m fine. It was long ago. I can feel my body preparing…I’m pretty comfortable with it.”
The ex-athlete also described his time on the series as an “amazing journey”.
“There was a lot of laughter. This is the best. You can get through anything if the humor is good,” he continued.
“Before I went in, I imagined the worst-case scenario. Then you can deal with whatever comes your way. The only time I almost wobbled a bit was when we had the all-night challenge. But then Seann had a wobble and I could just focus on it again [helping] Seann,” he recalled.
Earlier in the episode, Tindall had accused his roommate Matt Hancock of a sneaky tactic to get more votes.
