Mick Jagger and Joe Biden’s bizarre age stats leave Twitter stunned

Joe Biden’s age is well documented, although some people are just now realizing a rather interesting fact about him and Mick Jagger.

If there’s one thing social media is good for, it’s providing useless facts that you can use to amaze your friends who don’t spend their entire lives looking at their phones.

It’s common knowledge that US President Joe Biden is no spring chicken, but a recent revelation about him and Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger has raised some eyebrows online.

Twitter pulls out strange facts about Mick Jagger and Joe Biden

When you woke up this morning, you probably weren’t expecting to read a tidbit about Barrack Obama’s former vice president and the man who sang Paint It, Black.

But as pointed out on Twitter, our new favorite fact is that President Biden is actually older than Jagger, who he says has been in the spotlight for ages.

Although they clearly come from different backgrounds and have gone their separate ways in their lives, both Biden and Jagger first launched their careers in the 1960s, although it’s safe to say that the president has a slightly more active work life than Jagger these days.

As the saying goes, you learn something new every day.

How old are Mick Jagger and Joe Biden?

We’ve established that there’s a gap of about eight months between the two, when were they both born and how old are Biden and Jagger?

Starting youngest first, Jagger was born on July 26, 1943 in Kent, England. That makes him 79 at the time of writing, and we’re sure he has some pretty big plans in the pipeline for his 80th this summer.

Biden, on the other hand, was born on November 20, 1942 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. That means he is 80 at the time of writing and will be just under 82 when the 2024 presidential election begins in early November 2024.

Biden is often taunted online for serving in his 80s and is regularly called out for mispronouncing words or for looking tired or disinterested on duty.

Biden decided not to let age hold him back

Despite the rough times Biden often gets for his age, the 80-year-old Democrat doesn’t seem to take the criticism.

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, Biden formally announced that he would run for a second term in the Oval Office in November 2024.

If Biden were elected, he would resume office at the age of 82 and would and would be 87 when he officially resigns from office in January 2029.
