Michael Bay doesn’t really care about Will Smith’s slap in the face

Michael Bay is ‘not really important’ to Will Smith. Beat Chris Rock at the Oscars.
Bay, who directed Smith in “Bad Boys” and “Bad Boys II,” didn’t watch the 2022 Oscars live but was inundated with lyrics about the incident.
“I wasn’t watching. I saw it. First of all, it’s wrong from the start,” Bay said Yahoo! entertainment.
“Actually I do not care. Hollywood is becoming very self-centered. Babies get blown up Ukraine at the moment. We should talk about that. I really don’t care.”
Bay added, “I worked with him. He’s not that type. I’ve never seen him lose his composure like that. I thought it was a trap because I saw his grin. I was on set with Will making out with people and cracking jokes.”
“It was a hit. no punch He’s very good at fighting, he’s trained at it. It’s wrong in the first place. Then I knew the scream… he was angry.”

The ‘Transformers’ director was asked about the slap while promoting his new movie ‘Ambulance,’ which hits theaters April 8.
Smith has since apologized to Rock in one Instagram Post, saying his actions were “unacceptable and inexcusable.”
He also announced his resignation from the academy after the outbreak, and the academy promised a formal disciplinary review.
