Meghan Markle latest news: Prince Harry and the Duchess are getting involved in politics

Meghan & Sophie ‘unhappy in each other’s company’

A body language expert has claimed that the interaction between Meghan Markle and Sophie Wessex during the 2020 Commonwealth Day service was “awkward”.

Express.co.uk spoke to Inbaal Honigman, a prominent psychic and body language expert, about the moment.

Inbaal observed the moment and offered her take: “The interactions, or lack thereof, between Meghan Markle and Sophie Wessex at the 2020 Commonwealth Day Service are striking in their absolute lack of subtlety.”

Inbaal claims: “In recent years, rightly or wrongly, Meghan has come under considerable scrutiny for taking her time to adjust to royal protocol and not accepting every instruction that was given to her and hers had own opinion.

“It’s a tricky conversation sometimes because no one can tell what she’s thinking.

“In this case, however, the signs of hostility are not hidden.

“While the boys are happily chattering and used to formal affairs from birth, they are comfortable with each other and the big occasion. They lean against each other and their conversation is animated. That shows us how comfortable they feel.”

She added: “At the same time, Catherine and Meghan are doing their best. Not born for kings, they conform.

“They sit very elegantly in their assigned seats and behave decently. Her posture is a little stiff, but not overly so. They’re comfortable enough, their smiles reaching their eyes, but they’re aware the eyes of the world are on them.”
