Meghan Markle boasts that Beyoncé texted her after Oprah interview

Queen B is on the lookout for Meghan Markle.

Markle said Thursday that Beyoncé texted her after she and Prince Harry gave their infamous revealing interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, reports Hollywood Life.

Markle made the reveal in the final episode of the couple’s Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, which aired its final three episodes on Thursday.

The “Single Ladies” singer sent Markle a simple text saying she was “just checking in,” leaving the former royals stunned.

“She said she wants me to feel safe and protected. She admires and respects my courage and vulnerability and believes I was chosen to break generational curses that need to be healed,” the 44-year-old continued.

“That’s well said,” Prince Harry interjected.

“I still can’t believe she knows who I am,” Markle stammered.

After the interview, Prince Harry received a text message from Prince William, but the couple didn’t read it out loud.

The duo shocked the world when they sat down with the former talk show host and dropped royal bombshells, one of which claimed senior members of the palace were concerned about Archie’s skin colour.

“They didn’t want him to be a prince. . . which would differ from protocol and that he would not receive security,” claimed Markle.

Markle said there was “the talk of, ‘He’s not going to get security. He won’t get a title.’ And also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born.”

Both Prince Harry and Markle declined to name the alleged remarks.

After the interview, Buckingham Palace released a statement condemning the allegations.

“The whole family is saddened by how challenging the past few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly those of race, are worrying,” the statement said. “Although some memories may vary, they are taken very seriously and addressed privately by the family. Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be beloved family members.”
