Meet the PAC leading left-side PC school boards across America

Conservative journalist and author Ryan Girdusky founded the 1776 Project Political Action Committee last May. This “Little PAC That Could” helped Election of Conservatives to school boards across America last November with a surprisingly modest budget of $150,000. But “modest” doesn’t describe Girdusky’s ambitions for this November.

Amazingly, 1776 Project PAC is the first such venture by the right. Too bad Girdusky from Queens didn’t start this initiative 10 years ago.

girdusky targeted school authorities, a level of government in which wokistanis, cancelistas, and their cronies roamed fairly freely, while conservatives focused on Washington, DC and, to a lesser extent, state capitals. Girdusky identified 58 Conservative candidates in seven states eagerly marching these cultural battlefields.

After his one-man operation girded these competitors with digital ads, direct-mail circulars, and grassroots campaign materials, 42 of them prevailed. Some crossed the finish line with a margin of just 33 and even 25 votes. But they won — many in counties that have been strong supporters of Joe Biden in 2020.

The 1776 Project PAC’s 72% win rate is staggering when compared to long-running campaign outfits that scream “Win!” when half of their candidates triumph.

Some voters that Girdusky steered to the polls also backed the GOP/Conservative candidates. In November, Ryan’s voters could select center-right candidates in school board contests and then support conservative candidates for city council, mayor, the legislature, governor, the US House of Representatives and the US Senate.

This phenomenon seems to have taken place in the democratically rich Passaic County, New Jersey, among other places. Ryan’s school board candidates took a stand against Critical Race Theory and motivated Hispanic voters to support it. The entire district moved to the right in favor of Republicans elsewhere on those ballots.

Girdusky’s list of candidates for the Center County, Pennsylvania school board increased popular support for conservatives, including a nomination for the Keystone State Supreme Court.

In a rarity for a right-wing candidate, Megan Sullivan took over Center County and consequently secured that seat on Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court.

Therefore, Girdusky and his organization will support school board candidates whose reverse coattails could help the GOP conquer city halls, state buildings, governor’s mansions and Capitol Hill.

“Last year, the 1776 Project PAC elected 42 conservative candidates, mostly in suburban school districts,” Girdusky told me. “We flipped a number of blackboards from left to right, most notably in Douglas County, Colorado; Center County, Pennsylvania; and Leavenworth County, Kansas.”

Girdusky added: “These numbers do not appear significant, but they mean that hundreds of thousands of school children now have advocates for them on their local school boards defending programs for the gifted and talented and opposing mask mandates; Critical Race Theory; diversity, equity and inclusion; watered down standards and transgender hormone therapy for pre-teens.”

As for this November, Girdusky is thinking bigger. Much, much bigger.

“Flipping 300 school boards with last year’s winning model would give millions of children the same kind of advocacy, reverse the sadly growing trends we’ve seen in schools across the country, and engage parent groups that haven’t received traditional support from the GOP.” . he said. “I hope that by 2023, the 1776 Project PAC will have hundreds of school councils led by conservative parents and help create the largest grassroots organization since Phyllis Schlafly activated conservative women to help the.” to stop ERA.”

Girdusky is an energetic, capable, and courageous young man with a plan. His goal of moving 300 school boards from left to right is amazing, compelling and potentially game-changing.

If he achieves even half of that goal, he has made a tremendous contribution to America, its embattled children, and their neglected parents. Meet the PAC leading left-side PC school boards across America
