Masked Singer clues: Who’s on tonight’s show?

The weirdest contest series in the world, Masked singernearing the end of its second series.

The show returned to our screens on New Year’s Day, with a new group of celebs performing from inside giant costumes to beat judges Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora and Mo Gilligan.

Saturday’s finale (February 12) will see Mushroom, Panda and Robobunny finally revealed as they compete to be named the series’ champions.

Here’s the list of the remaining mystery contestants and what we know about them so far. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the celebrities that have been revealed.

Mushroom

Mushroom was the first contestant to perform on the opening show, in which she treated her fans to a rendition of Björk’s tune “It’s Oh So Quiet”.

On VT’s opening night, Mushroom spoke with a northern English accent and offered suggestions about getting serious and enjoying trying new things while also holding hands.

However, when singing, she showed a strong Irish accent, leading both the audience and judge Davina McCall to believe that Mushroom must be from Ireland.

Some of the names were frequently mentioned by home audiences, including comedian Aisling Bea.

Many argue that Mushrooms may be one of the Derry Girlswhile some say they think it’s actually Siobhán McSweeney, who plays Sister Michael, behind the mask.

However, some viewers speculated that it was actually Pauline McLynn, who is best known for playing Mrs. Doyle in Father Ted.

On the January 8 episode, Mushroom sings “There Are Worse Things I Could Do” by Stockard Channing from the series Grease.

She barely gave away any clues. She said the judges needed to “get up earlier and dig deeper if they wanted to kick me out”. She added: “I am so lucky to be able to leave my woods and grow my own in interesting places away from home.”

Ora thinks Mushroom sounds less Irish than before, so she guesses Saturday star Rochelle Humes. McCall thinks about singer Jane McDonald, while Gilligan gets “Yorkshire vibes” from the voice and finds actors Kym Marsh and Ross guess Absolutely amazing star Joanna Lumley.

Mushroom received a standing ovation on January 29, prompting the judges to guess Sheridan Smith.

The VT clue suggests they have a connection to a perfume, with another clue discussing their date of birth. This led Gilligan to guess Charlotte Church when he recently interviewed her… on her birthday.

According to the bookie, Mushroom is most likely the Church with odds of 6/4.

Panda

During the first week, Panda performed “Levitating” by Dua Lipa. The biggest clues given about Panda are that their VT was filmed in the woods, they are “adventurous”, they are a “lonely creature” and introverted extrovert, and they have an American accent. Panda also revealed that they have been “animated” before.

One fan theory circulating online is that Alesha Dixon was hiding underneath the costume, as the talent show judge voiced a part of a Disney animated film. Dr. McStuffins.

On Saturday (January 15), Panda performed “Hot Stuff” by Donna Summer.

Her VT has lots of references to the stars and spirituality, with Panda saying that she loves to “explore the world” but will always find her way home.

McCall guesses Kate Hudson, while Ora goes looking for Renée Zellweger. Meanwhile, Gilligan went in place of Amanda Holden.

On January 22, Panda sang “Story Of My Life” by One Direction. In the latest clue VT, Panda mentioned One Direction as well as hinting at a solo career.

These clues lead many to guess that Panda is Girls Aloud star Cheryl. One person tweeted: “Surely Panda is Cheryl Cole? Son named Bear, sings One Direction and the father of her child is in One Direction, she is a judge on the X Factor! ”

This theory was even supported on January 29. The latest clue VT ended with Panda saying the phrase “right on my street,” which is what Cheryl will say when she’s on the judge. The X Factor.

Guest judge Olly Alexander also pointed out that Cheryl has a son named Bear, with viewers noting that Bear’s father is former One Direction star Liam Payne. Panda sang a One Direction song on last week’s episode.

According to Betfair, the most likely Panda will be Holden with odds of 10/11.

Robobunny

The half-human, half-machine character captivated fans by performing Whitney Houston’s “Saving All My Love For You” in its first weekend.

In their first VT, Robobunny offered some clues, stating: “You think I’m a real tough guy, don’t you? It’s just my shell. I am a real woman, part of a machine. ”

They added: “I’m not going to ‘rabbit’ about my looks for now but I will say that I’m here to ‘Control-Alt-Delete’ what you know about me.”

Their final clue was: “I may be made of metal, but that doesn’t stop me from creating a spark.”

Some viewers think this character could be a Hollywood star Ryan Reynoldsdue to Robobunny’s voice, others thought it might be Westlife’s Mark Feehily when he appeared in an episode of Doc Martin is called “ctrl, alt, delete”.

Given the size of the costume and the fact that the character speaks with two voices, many fans speculate that Robobunny could in fact be two people, for example Ant and Dec.

The judges guessed celebrities including Vinnie Jones, Drake and Top gear Host Paddy McGuinness.

On January 8, Robobunny sang “Shallow” from A star was born by Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. The clues include a police badge, cowboy boots, a ranch and dancing.

Ora thought it could be Danny O’Donohue from The Script, Gilligan guessed Richard Blackwood because of the letters “R” and “B” and McCall suggested it could be actor Kevin Bacon.

Viewers are still interested in Feehily. “Robobunny is Mark Feehily from Westlife and I won’t hear another word about it,” one fan tweeted.

In episode five (in the third week), Robobunny wowed the judges by performing BTS’s “Dynamite”.

Their latest VT includes clues that they come from a large family, have an athletic background, and enjoy gardening.

Their father – “Papa Bunny” – is said to have “inspired their talents”, meaning that fans are always on the lookout for stars with famous fathers. A pair of MA reading boxing gloves was also detected in VT.

On January 29, Robobunny’s VT clue showed that they had worked with “diva” in the past, with another mention Grease. This led to speculation about Shane Richie, who appeared in the West End musical American.

According to the dealer, it is likely that Robobunny will come Under with a 1/4 handicap.
