Marvel has officially addressed a fan theory Avengers: Endgamethat has been circulating on the internet for years.
The theory, which some fans have described as “gross” and “disgusting,” involves the villain Thanos who starred avenger: Infinite War (2018) and endgame (2019) by Josh Brolin.
Over the course of two films, the Avengers struggle to defeat Thanos as he gains absolute power by collecting the Infinity Stones.
Eventually he is defeated when Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) uses the Infinity Stones as a weapon against him.

Marvel alluded directly to the idea in a new video featuring Rudd and his ant man co-star Evangeline Lilly, who was featured on the Disney Wish cruise.
“Before we begin, I want to address the elephant in the room,” says Rudd, playing Scott Lang. “There’s a lot of chatter out there asking why I didn’t shrink down and go in and kill Thanos in a really creative way.
“Disgusting at first,” he continues. “Secondly, it is much more complicated. Let me explain…”

At this point, Lilly’s Hope van Dyne interjects, “If only we had the time!”
The footage was shared on social media via a video taken by fans.
Meanwhile, a deleted scene from endgame might have proved another fan theory about Thanos correct.
