Marvel fans say Avengers: Infinity War is ‘ruined’ for them after spotting bug: ‘Can’t take my eyes off this’

Marvel fans have shared their shock after discovering a egregious continuity error in the 2018 blockbuster avenger: Infinite War.
About an hour into the film, which was a crossover between several individual Marvel film series, there is a scene where Tom Holland’s Peter Parker is talking to Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.).
“You can’t be a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man if there’s no neighborhood,” says Peter.
The film then cuts to a reaction shot of Tony before cutting back to Peter adding, “OK, so that didn’t make sense, but you know what I’m trying to say.”
However, as one person recently pointed out on Twitter, Holland’s hairstyle changes very noticeably from one take to another – leading viewers to speculate that the second line was added at a later point during the reshoots.
“Just being reviewed Infinite War and I will never be able to overlook Peter’s sudden hair change,” read a viral tweet.
“Why does Marvel put so little effort into these really basic things lol,” wrote another person. “For example, would it have been SO difficult to reference the rushes with no reshoots to ensure the lighting/blocking/hairstyle/eye line matched your new shoots?”
“Thanks for that I hate it,” quipped another fan.
“You absolutely ruined it for me now,” wrote another.
The film is available to stream now on Disney Plus.
