MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – The Marquette men’s basketball team struggled early but equalized in the 2nd half with an 83-54 win over Jackson State on Tuesday night at the Fiserv Forum.
The match ended in extra time 29-29 before the Golden Eagles overcame the Tigers 54-25 in the second half.
Oso Ighodaro led with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Olivier-Maxence Prosper added 11 with five other players scoring 8 or more in the equalizer attack.
Marquette, now 7-1, will meet Wisconsin in Madison on Saturday afternoon.
