AARON WAN-BISSAKA is carried on a stretcher after colliding with a billboard during the disturbing scene at the end of Manchester United’s draw against Young Boys.
The defender took part in a challenge like the final whistle of the 1-1 draw Was rotten.
But Wan-Bissaka ends with flying into the Old Trafford hoarding board that separates the crowd from the pitch.
NS United the right-back looked excruciatingly painful as he lay on the floor.
And there are unsettling scenes when a stretcher is summoned by doctors.
The spectators watched anxiously as Wan-Bissaka was carried off the field.
And the boss of United Ralf Rangnick will now sweat for the ace’s fitness before a series of games.
The United boss said: “He received two punches – again unfortunately to the wrist and again to the knee.
“He is currently being treated in the dressing room but we have to wait and see what the situation around those two punches will be tomorrow.
“But I’m positive that he can return to training the day after tomorrow and hopefully be part of the team against Norwich (on Saturday).”
Wan-Bissaka has only recently returned to United’s starting line-up after Diogo Dalot started wins against Arsenal and Crystal Palace.
Wan-Bissaka has made 18 appearances for United this term.
But, if he misses time, that will open the door for Dalot to reclaim his right-back spot against Norwich.
Eric Bailly has also filled in that on past occasions.
And Ole Gunnar Solskjaer even experimented with Jadon Sancho at full-back should Rangnick decide to pick five at the back.
