Man stabbed by trio, police say

A man was stabbed Sunday morning by three thugs who cut his pockets open on a subway train en route from Manhattan to Queens, police said.
The 29-year-old victim was on a No. 7 train near Junction Boulevard when he was approached by the trio, police officers said.
“Give me your money!” One of the robbers barked, according to police.
A suspect then pulled a knife on the victim and slit open both of his front pockets, police officers said.

According to police, they grabbed his wallet, which contained $140 and credit cards, and his iPhone 12.
The man was not injured, police said.
The victim stayed on the train as far as Main Street and reported the incident to a ticket clerk there, police officers said.
Police said they were looking for videos.
