Man killed when his car crashed into a wall in Menifee – San Bernardino Sun

MENIFEE – A 44-year-old man was killed when his vehicle crashed into a barrier wall near Menifee’s home, authorities said Monday.

Jason Remington of Menifee was critically injured shortly before 8 p.m. Friday in the 27000 block of Via Real, according to the Menifee Police Department.

Sgt. Matthew Bloch said that Remington was driving east when he apparently lost control and crashed into a wall.

The kind Samaritans pulled the victim out of his vehicle and attempted CPR until paramedics from the Riverside County/Riverside Fire Department arrived and performed life-saving measures, but in the end all failed, Bloch said.

Remington was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other injuries have been reported.
