TEMPA, FL.- A man was found floating in the Hillsborough River behind an empty house just after 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Tampa Police.
Police said the mission received a 911 call at 11:36 a.m. from a neighbor who said they had seen a body in the Hillsborough River in the 4800 block of the River Hills.
The units that went to the scene discovered the body of a young man in the water behind an empty house.
