Man arrested for standing naked at Lakewood Crossing with face painted like The Joker

BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) — Police say a man has been charged after he allegedly stood naked and with his face painted like the Joker at a Lakewood intersection Sunday afternoon.

Police responded to the call around 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Fairmount Avenue and Fairdale Avenue. The naked man, identified as Aaron A. Chase of Jamestown, also reportedly held large placards with his name and other religious sayings on them.

He was taken into custody and charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct. He was released with a ticket to appear before the Busti City Court at a later date.
