GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Fla – One man was arrested following a collision and taken another person to a hospital in Golden Gate Estates Wednesday night.
Collier County delegates confirmed that 21-year-old Adolfo Sebastian-Andres has been arrested in connection with the crash.
The vehicle involved crashed into a canal near 3860 72nd Avenue. The delegate said one person is at the hospital.
Sebastian-Andres is facing three DUI charges, one of which involved serious bodily injury to another.
There is no further information on the condition of the hospitalized passenger.
