Ludwig Says Streamer Awards’ Twitter Feud With Dr. Disrespect was “all a joke”

Ludwig revealed on the latest episode of The Yard that he believes the “fight” he’s having with Dr. Disrespect on Twitter regarding the Streamer Awards was “all for fun”.

On March 12, 2022, QTCinderella and Maya Higa hosted the first annual Streamer Awards – where developers like CodeMiko and SmallAnt took home one of their first awards for their content.

Notably absent was YouTube streamer Dr Disrespect, who in a March 28 reply to Connoreatspants on Twitter called the awards a “fake show.” Ludwig quickly hit back and challenged him to use NFTs in his new game.

In the last episode of The Yard, Ludwig revealed that he believes the “fight” between him and Doc was “all for fun” and that the leader of The Champions Club was only in his character.

dr Disrespect responded to Ludwig, giving him “two more years of relevance”.

During the episode, Slime revealed that he was in the car talking to Ludwig about the situation. He said: “We were in the car and you said it’s all fun but you chopped each other up in conversation.”

They then showed the tweet from Dr. Disrespect, in which he insulted Ludwig and “gave him two more years of relevance”.

“In my eyes, I don’t care. I just thought they were fun little drama tweets,” Ludwig said. “And I think he was like that too because he was messing around with Maya on the same thread.”

The four hosts further agreed that they believe it was all part of his character. Ludwig said, “If he had replied with his Guy Beahm account, I would have taken it a lot more seriously.”

This isn’t the first case in the “feud” between Dr. Disrespect and Ludwig. Just last December, Ahgren challenged the 2-timer to a 1-on-1 bout for a million dollars. However, the challenge never came to fruition.
