Although she’s not guaranteed a main spot on the show, Chloe has to endure the same grueling regime as the other stars.
A source said: “Chloe managed to keep it quiet but she’s been busy training and meeting all the other stars.
“It’s a huge deal for her and a big TV gig – she’s excited to be a part of it.”
TV and radio host Will Njobvu is also a reserve for the show.

A spokesman for ITV said: “Chloe Burrows and Will Njobvu are reserve contenders on the show and are training hard with the rest of the team to prepare for the live shows.
“They will participate in the competition in the event of injury or illness and we are delighted to have them on board.”
The lineup of the games was recently announced, with a variety of reality TV stars and actors set to compete.
Olivia Attwood and Christine McGuinness buckle up into their sneakers and swimsuits and hop on their bikes alongside 10 other celebrities.
The ITV show, which will be hosted by Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff, will also star Mel B’s daughter Phoenix Brown, songwriter Chelcee Grimes and Harry Potter actor Josh Herdman.
The Sun previously reported that TV star Wes Nelson and Corrie’s Colson Smith will also be attending.
News anchor Lucrezia Millarini, Emmerdale actress Rebecca Sarker and actor Ryan Thomas are the final three names set to compete in a series of athletic challenges for the new series.
The games will also feature Alex Scott as trackside reporter and Chris Kamara as commentator.
The six male and six female competitors compete against each other in the athletics arena, in the swimming pool, in the gym and in the velodrome.
Everyone will demonstrate their sporting skills in disciplines from the 100 meter sprint to jumping and collect points on the medal table.
As well as providing live coverage of the events, each episode will show the celebrities preparing as they learn the sport from the ground up from some of the UK’s top coaches.

After their grueling pre-competition training regimen as they aim to reach their best physical condition.
As the leaderboards take shape nightly, the series will culminate in an exciting final showdown where a male champion and female champion will be crowned.
