NS Notre Dame Fighting Irish The team has been really good under head coach Brian Kelly. He’s the most winning coach in Notre Dame history with a 113-40 record since he became him in 2010. It’s been a really nice run for him as a team player. Their coaching includes a trip to the 2013 National Championship and two College Soccer League appearances.
They even have a chance to make it this year but they need help from the teams that went ahead. It has been a year that has seen them get off to a rough start but a losing season is now behind them as they wait to see what happens with the leadership and in the championship weekend.
With all this in mind, he will become the new coach at LSU. Ed Orgeron has announced that he will be appointed as LSU coach later this year and won’t be the coach in their flop at the end of this season. It was the end of an era for both shows.
LSU would be a great opportunity for Kelly. They always manage to have great recruiting classes, this helps and he should do well in the future too. They have not excelled in the last two years but they are a proud school that has had a lot of success.
Brian Kelly is leaving Notre Dame Fighting Irish to become the next head coach at LSU.
Three years ago, before the era of mediocrity, Joe Burrow had one of the greatest singles seasons in college football history en route to the Heisman Cup and National Championships for the Tigers. They’re looking to get back to that level of success, and they believe Kelly has a chance to be the guy.
On the Notre Dame side, they are currently looking for a head coach who can be as successful as Kelly. It may be hard, but Notre Dame is a strong enough brand to attract talent year after year. This is certainly not good news for the Irish but it is clearly the opportunity Kelly deserves after all these years.
Hopefully, before the season ends, the Irishman can make it to the College Football Finals for the third time under Kelly’s leadership and have a chance at winning the championship. The teams ahead of them may be better but you never know once you get in. It will certainly be interesting to see how things play out for this team for the rest of the year.
