Long Island man Bradley Garyn sentenced to child pornography charges for foot fetish

A Long Island man was sentenced Monday to five to 15 years in prison for forcing sexually explicit selfies and photos of underage girls’ feet via Snapchat, prosecutors said.

Bradley Garyn, 29, was sentenced to an indefinite term by Suffolk County Judge Karen M. Wilutis after pleading guilty to a number of charges related to the 2020 child pornography case.

He admitted to luring girls as young as 12 to the social media app and promised Amazon gift codes in exchange for foot pictures and snaps of their faces, Suffolk Borough Attorneys said.

The sicko also admitted to grooming the girls so he could later force them to send naked and sexually explicit photos and videos of themselves, prosecutors said.

The Melville foot fetishist landed on police radar in September 2020 after a teenage girl reported he pressured her into sending him dirty photos and videos via Snapchat.

Investigators found over the course of a four-month investigation that Garyn used various bizarre usernames to contact underage girls on the app — including ipay2feetpics, “paying4feetpics” and “PayU4Selfies,” the prosecutor’s office said.

He would then pay the kids $10 via Amazon gift card codes for the photos, prosecutors said.

But the sneak’s demands for more explicit content grew — and he was willing to bid up to $500 for it, the prosecutor’s office said.

At one point, Garyn convinced a victim to send him sexual photos and videos by threatening to release other intimate images of her, according to prosecutors.

He was arrested in December 2020 and his computer equipment and phones were confiscated.

District Attorney Raymond Tierney slammed the pervert for using girls aged 12 to 16 for his own “disgusting desires”.

“This defendant has exploited numerous young and impressionable teenagers to satisfy his own lustful and repugnant desires,” Tierney said in a statement.

“The actions of this defendant will not be tolerated in Suffolk County and the sentence he will be serving for these crimes, along with the protective orders we have obtained on behalf of these victims, will ensure that this defendant cannot continue to be involved such despicable criminal conduct.”

Garyn pleaded guilty in September to 27 counts related to the case, including four counts of using a child in a sexual performance, four counts of promoting a child’s sexual performance, one count of sexual performance by a child and four counts of proliferation first-degree objectionable materials to minors.

Other charges he conceded included three counts of first-degree coercion, five counts of third-degree criminal solicitation, five counts of child endangerment, and one count of fourth-degree criminal solicitation.
