Lockport man charged with Buffalo murder

BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) – Police have arrested a Lockport man in connection with a homicide in Buffalo.

According to the Buffalo Police Department, the incident happened on Broadway and Krettner Street last Monday. At around 3:45 p.m., officers responded to a call about a fallen person. There they found 38-year-old Buffalo resident Joseph Dash dead.

Police then arrested 43-year-old Kenneth James on Thursday and charged him with first-degree manslaughter.

The Buffalo Police Department worked with the Lockport Police Department and the Erie County District Attorney’s Office to make the arrest.
