Lizzo Addresses TikTok Rumor She’s Pregnant With Chris Evans Baby

Celebrity musician Lizzo hosted Saturday Night Live on April 16 and addressed TikTok pregnancy rumors she may have started herself.

Lizzo took over the legendary comedy sketch show SNL, serving as both the evening’s host and musical guest.

As host, she anchored plenty of hilarious skits throughout the night, but her monologue to open the show was unforgettable.

During the intro, she took the time to address some spicy rumors that she’s pregnant with Captain America Chris Evans’ baby.

While Lizzo is known for her hits like “Rumors” and “Truth Hurts,” she’s also known for often posting on TikTok.

She made headlines back in July 2021 when she posted a TikTok jokingly revealing she was pregnant with Chris Evans’ baby.

The 33-year-old musician said: “We’re going to have a little bit of America!”

As Lizzo took the stage at Rockefeller Plaza, she addressed the same rumors she actually started.

“I even heard a rumor that I’m pregnant with Chris Evans’ baby?! I have no idea where this started. It might be the TikTok I did where I said, “I’m pregnant with Chris Evans’ baby.” That’s called manifesting!”

The TikTok in which she sarcastically announced her pregnancy is one of her most viewed videos to date, with over 17 million views.

Though she’s not actually pregnant with Captain American Jr., her attempts at manifesting on live television may actually work.
