Jen, 47, and husband Bill Klein, 47, currently live in Florida with their two children.

The TV star took to Instagram on Saturday to share a cryptic post with fans, sparking speculation that she would be moving to Boston.

Jen shared a photo of a blue and white striped diary with the words “make things happen” written in gold on it.

Underneath, a piece of paper that reads “Boston Children’s Medical Hospital” and Harvard Medical Teaching Hospital” can also be clearly seen.

Fans quickly flocked to comments on the post and wished her luck with the clear move.

Devoted viewers have reached out Jen, 47, on social media asked if there would be a new season, fearing that the family series might have been cancelled.

Back in September, mother of two tease a new season after sharing a photo next to her husband, Bill Klein.

Jen captioned the post: “Guess who came back, back again.”

Fans then took the TV character’s caption as a key clue that the popular series might be returning soon.
