DENVER (KDVR) – Several events will take place across Colorado on Monday to honor and celebrate the life of Martin Luther King Jr.
Many events have been canceled due to the continued increase in the omicron variation of COVID-19.
Here is the list of events:

- MLK March- Fort Collins
- Security of Justice – Celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.– Denver
- Colorado Springs Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. – Celebration
- Memorial of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.– Rang Dong
This is also the 37th year of Martin Luther King, Jr. Colorado Holidays Committee.
The Commission was established to unify and educate communities within the State of Colorado and to encourage appropriate observances, ceremonies, and activities to celebrate federal and state legal holidays in order to Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. across all towns, cities, school districts, counties and local governments in Colorado, according to Rose’s website.
