LEGO is building the ‘longest’ Pride parade in the world

CARLSBAD, California – As Pride Month continues, LEGO is celebrating LGBTQIA+ communities with the “longest” Pride March in the world.

These tiny but mighty parades can be found in various Minilands at LEGOLAND’s resorts in California, Florida and New York, as well as seven Discovery Centers in Columbus, Michigan, Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, New Jersey and Westchester.

In all, the parades are made up of 250,000 LEGOs, showcasing 1,530 LEGO marchers that are four inches tall and together nearly 100 feet long.
In addition, the parade features colorful LEGO floats, flags and musicians.

The LEGOLAND California Resort parade begins in San Francisco, while the New York resort pays homage to the gay rights movement by beginning at the Stonewall Inn.
