Kyle Rittenhouse, the Illinois teenager who faced murder charges after killing two people in riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin in the summer of 2020, has criticized President Biden for “turning a blind eye” to his son Hunter’s dealings ” have.
“Let me get this straight, Joe Biden may turn a blind eye to his own son’s wrongdoing, but he’s defaming me for defending myself?!” the 19-year-old tweeted on Tuesday.
“The more I read, the more I shake my head.”
Rittenhouse’s comments stem from a trail of negative media coverage scrutinizing Hunter Biden’s dealings and alleged wrongdoing — including reports from the Washington Post and the New York Times belatedly verifying emails from the infamous laptop that The Post first used in the year 2020 reported.
According to the Times, the first son recently paid a more than $1 million tax bill to avoid prosecution. The back taxes were for a financial windfall Hunter Biden reaped from countries when his father was vice president.
Rittenhouse has previously vowed to sue President Biden for calling him a white supremacist after his arrest over the shooting that killed two men and wounded a third on August 25, 2020 in Kenosha.
After Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges following his trial last November, the teenager expressed plans to file lawsuits against liberal media and other high-profile figures, including LeBron James and Whoopi Goldberg, for spreading “lies” about him.
Rittenhouse said last week that he had repeatedly asked Biden to meet – but claims he was ignored.
“I’ve reached out to Joe Biden multiple times — crickets, nothing,” Rittenhouse said on The Jenna Ellis Show podcast. “He still hasn’t answered. So it shows how much of a man he is not to sit down and talk.”
