(Reuters) – The Kremlin said on Monday Moscow’s latest expulsion of US diplomats was a coercive measure after Washington said last month it had expelled 12 Russian diplomats from the country’s UN mission in New York over national security concerns.

The US Embassy in Moscow on Wednesday received a list of its diplomats who have been declared “persona non grata” by Russian media in response to the US move at the United Nations.
