Kim Kardashian, Kanye West settle divorce: See who gets what

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finalized their contentious divorce Monday and settled their custody and property issues, according to court documents obtained by The Post.

The proposed 58-page settlement reveals that Kardashian and West will get joint custody of their four children, though a source reportedly told TMZ Kardashian will have the kids most of the time.

West is paying Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support starting Thursday, the court filing shows. He will also be responsible for half of their children’s medical expenses that are not covered by insurance, as well as 50% of their security and education costs, including school fees.

The former couple have agreed to participate in mediation for at least three hours in the event of a dispute. If one of them does not intervene, the other is given sole decision-making authority, the filing says.

Some of the things the couple must agree on include enrolling in a new school; therapy or counseling for the children; and participation in regularly scheduled religious activities, according to the document.

West has been pushing for his children to attend his beleaguered Donda Academy, but the files show the children are staying in Sierra Canyon.

The property split will be in line with their marriage contract, which also reportedly requires both sides to waive spousal support.

The Post has reached out to Kardashian and West representatives for comment.

Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. The couple married in May 2014 and separated on December 26, 2020, according to the court filing. Kardashian and West share four children, North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

The contentious divorce came and began when Kardashian was legally declared single in March, with other issues to be worked out at a later date.

TMZ reports that the settlement comes just ahead of West’s scheduled testimony if the matter goes to court next month.
