Killer arrested after confessing to stabbing NYC man: cops

The killer, who was wanted for repeatedly stabbing a 72-year-old Staten Island man in his bed last month, has been arrested after he allegedly confessed to the gruesome crime, police said Monday.
Seneca Morciglio, 44, turned himself in Saturday afternoon for the Nov. 14 murder of Eugene Reba, who was found stabbed multiple times at his Graniteville home, according to the NYPD.
Police said the two men were acquaintances but gave no motive for the murder.
A family doctor found the seventy-year-old unconscious in his bed with multiple stab wounds to his upper body around 10:40 a.m., police said.
After the grisly discovery, the health worker called 911. Reba was pronounced dead by emergency workers at her home on Richmond Avenue.

Morciglio showed up at the 120th Precinct precinct Saturday and allegedly confessed.
He was charged with murder, assault, criminal possession of weapons and tampering with physical evidence.
While police officers said the two men knew each other, their exact relationship was unclear.
