Kickstarter CEO resigns citing ‘personal considerations’

CEO Aziz Hasan is leaving the company after a three-year tenure, while COO Sean Leow will serve as acting CEO.

Kickstarter CEO Aziz Hasan will leave the Brooklyn-based crowdfunding company at the end of March, the company announced on Tuesday. Sean Leow, the company’s chief operating officer, will become interim CEO while the Kickstarter board searches for a permanent replacement.
