Kerry and her daughters, Heidi and DJ were deeply traumatized as they watched helplessly as the crooks drove away in an expensive van filled with Christmas presents.

Speaking on Instagram, the emotional Kerry said: “To everyone involved in the lottery, I’m really devastated about that. I have yet to get a response from the police. I’ve been persistent. called them yesterday.

“I don’t know what’s going to happen. I’m really heartbroken, I really want to help change someone’s life. Hopefully we’ll get it back.”

Describing the incident as “caused”, Kerry said her car keys were in her pocket when the theft happened and was informed by police that hacks were becoming increasingly common.

Reflecting on the abuse she received, Kerry said: “In this day and age of kind hashtags, I still can’t believe some of the nasty comments people around me are saying.

“I mean it’s a reflection of who they are. It’s really sad. I’m glad I’m strong enough to handle it.”

Kerry’s lottery tickets cost £30 each, with more than 700 tickets sold.

One malicious commenter: “When you drive a ostentatious car with your number plate on, what do you expect…”

Another posted: “Convenient after the lottery 😂.”

While a third wrote: “It seems strange that it was stolen during the lottery, let’s hope everyone gets their money back.”

However, many of her supporters rallied around her and criticized those who made baseless accusations.

One said: “It’s just a car and it’s just money, you and the kids are safe, haters aside😊.”

In an Instagram live video, Kerry revealed that she chased the thieves as they drove away.

She said: “I went after them, good job I didn’t catch them – they probably had a knife or whatever.

“I feel violated. The kids are really shaken.”

Sharing a photo of the car on Instagram, Kerry said: “MY CAR IS WARRANTY⚠️ PLEASE SHARE!!
