Kelly, Littlefield No. 25 Tar Heels Women’s Rally on BC

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (AP) – Carlie Littlefield scored 22 points, Deja Kelly added 19, including the final four in the game that ended 10-0 and No. 25 North Carolina rallied to beat Boston College 76-73. The Eagles appeared to be in control of the Atlantic Coast Conference opening game as Jaelyn Batts opened the fourth half with a leaping jump to take a 10-0 lead, making it 62-47. From there BC went to December 5 with nine turns. When Maria Gakdeng started with 2:23 to go, BC led 73-66. Littlefield had five points in a row before Kelly jumped 13 feet back with 10.2 seconds to give North Carolina the lead since the start of the second quarter.
