Keanu Reeves might just be the nicest — and most patient — man in Hollywood.
The actor has been described as “class act” for his response to intense questions from a young fan following an international flight from London to New York on July 4th.
The exchange was captured by TV producer Andrew Kimmel, who tweeted the exchange, which has been re-shared over 21,000 times.
Kimmel said the 57-year-old responded “happily” to the “rapid-fire questions” the boy asked.
“The man couldn’t have been nicer, especially after an international flight,” Kimmel wrote.
According to Kimmel, the “Matrix” star said he was filming a documentary in London and went to Grand Prix, and while he doesn’t drive Formula 1 cars himself, he does drive motorcycles.
He also said he would see a Broadway show in New York (“American Buffalo! Mamet!”) and stay in Midtown.
“By that point, the boy was running out of questions, so Keanu started tricking him,” Kimmel recalled. “Why were you in Europe? Which galleries did you visit in Paris? What was your favorite?”
Reeves has gone viral in recent years for being a “gentleman” amid a surge in popularity that some have dubbed “keanussance.”
“I thought I’d share this because the guy is a class and little moments like this can make such a big difference in people’s lives,” Kimmel said. “We need more Keanus!”
