Julianne Hough has found her new home in New York as she finalizes her divorce and embarks on the Great White Way.
Sources told Page Six that the Dancing With the Stars grad has signed a lease on an $18,000-a-month triplex townhouse atop celebrity hotspot Blue Hill in Greenwich Village.
Features include “beautifully preserved and restored turn-of-the-century craftsmanship, original detailed hardwood floors, fireplace in living room, 12-foot ceilings, central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, massive …living rooms and bedrooms, a family room, and a home office,” states it in the listing.
“This house is a… masterpiece. The open gourmet kitchen is equipped with stunning high quality finishes. Contact me today for the opportunity to reside in this magnificent New York City home,” the listing reads.
Located just steps from Washington Square Park, the townhouse has only been on the market for 21 days. Hough landed it from luxury Compass real estate agent Terrence Harding, aka MC Klepto of Junior MAFIA, the ’90s hip-hop group formed by the late Notorious BIG, with Lil Kim. Harding is also friends with Mayor Eric Adams, so maybe Hough will rub elbows with Hizzoner.
Hough is moving to the Big Apple to star in POTUS, which premieres this spring. She performs alongside Vanessa Williams, Lea DeLaria, Suzy Nakamura, Rachel Dratch, Lilli Cooper and Julie White.
“Throughout my life I have always been inspired by the unmatched talent that graces the Broadway stage. Being part of a production like this speaks to the artistry, dedication and determination it takes to become an entertainer of this level,” she wrote on Instagram earlier this month.
“I am incredibly humbled and honored to be with Susan, Selina and this extraordinarily talented cast and crew on my Broadway debut,” she said.
Hough’s big stride follows her as well finalize their divorce by Brooks Laich last month.
Compass and Hough representatives did not comment.
