Johnny Depp trial: Petition to remove Amber Heard from Aquaman sequel nears 3 million signatures

The petition to remove Amber Heard Aquaman 2 nears its goal of three million signatures as Johnny Depp’s defamation case continues.

Meanwhile, several other petitions related to the actor have sparked new and renewed interest, as Depp’s three-day testimony before the Virginia Fairfax Courthouse, where the defamation trial is ongoing, alleges he was a victim of intimate partner violence and abuse.

After the weekend break, testimony in the Depp Heard trial is expected to resume on Monday (May 2).
